ARAKU COFFEE, the coffee procured in and around the valley of ARAKU has come a long way from it’s humble roots…

Produced by the farmers in the Southern Indian State of Andhra Pradesh since the mid of 1950s. The sceinic ARAKU VALLEY located in the Eastern Ghats of South India sits at an elevation of between 900 and 1,100 metres above the sea level and is home to around 150 different tribal communities.

Coffee was first introduced in 1898 in a valley neighbouring Araku by a British man. But the real change began when ITDA(Integrated Tribal Development Authority) run by the State Government trained the farmers and gave them the coffee plants.

Our Arabica and Robusta Coffee Beans are procured from the famous ARAKU VALLEY located in the Eastern Ghats of South India.

Our beans are roasted perfectly to bring out the best taste out of them.

Beans can be used in Bean to Cup Coffee Machines or for Home Grinding.

Coffee Powders(Coarse Ground and Fine Ground)

Our Coffee Powders come in two grind sizes, FINE and COARSE

COARSE Ground coffee can be used in filters like FRENCH PRESS, AERO PRESS and other POUR over filters.

FINE Ground coffee can be used in Espresso Machines, Coffee Machines and Coffee Percolators.

Filter Coffee powder for making Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee

Our Filter Coffee powders are perfectly blended with the best ratios of Coffee and Chicory.

For best taste always use a South Indian Coffee filter. Use Coffee and Water in 1:5 ratios to make the decoction. Mix 4 parts of milk with 1 part of Decoction and required amount of Sugar for a perfect cup of Coffee.

Note: For 20 gram Coffee powder, use 100 ml hot water. After brewing the decoction, make your coffee in the above said ratios.
